We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We want you (and the little ones!) to be completely happy with your purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

For non-defective items (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the product is faulty or damaged in transit, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement at no extra cost.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
