We want you and your pets to be 100% happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, minus shipping charges.
How to Start a Return
- Email our support team at support@sdalaboratories.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely. We recommend a trackable shipping service. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used supplements
- Items not in their original packaging
- Gift cards or downloadable products
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit-card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@sdalaboratories.com.
